In an effort to reduce costs and increase efficiency, we ship via several methods, and from warehouses on both coasts.
The shipping rate is based on the order total prior to any discounts being applied. We routinely offer the most generous shipping incentives in the industry; usually based on seasonality. Check with us regularly to take advantage of these offers.

Availability & Turnaround Time
All seeds are shipped year-round. Due to global events, supply chain disruptions, and increased demand, processing and shipping your order will take at least 2 weeks. We appreciate your business and we will diligently to send out your order as soon as possible.
We try our utmost to maintain reliable inventory of all products, and are very proud of our record in doing so. However, as we are a company engaged in what Mother Nature provides, we do sometimes experience shortages and crop failures beyond our control. If, for any reason, we are required to backorder any portion of your order, rest assured we will keep you apprised of updated shipping information and/or any other options that may satisfy your needs and wishes.
With the exception of very large orders (usually 500 pounds or more), all orders are shipped ground via one of the following: UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service. The size, weight, and destination of each order will typically determine which shipping method is used. For those customers requiring an expedited shipping option, feel free to contact us regarding price and availability
All orders will receive an email confirmation of shipping once they leave our warehouse. This confirmation will include a tracking number which will confirm the method of shipment and provide an estimated date of delivery.
If you have received goods from us that you have chosen not to plant, feel free to return the unopened seed package(s) to us within fifteen (15) days for a full cash refund less shipping costs. Note: No returns can be accepted, nor refund granted after 15 days of receipt.
Bulk Seed Store provides your tracking information with you via email as soon as we create a shipping label for your package, right before it leaves our warehouse. Tracking numbers can take 24 hours to update once packages have been picked up by the carrier. For all questions regarding the whereabouts of a package once it's on the way, we highly recommend you first review the tracking information to check the status provided by the carrier, then contact the appropriate shipping carrier with additional questions (either USPS or FedEx for larger orders).
Sometimes, but not often, a tracking number may reflect incorrect information. If after seven (7) business days your Bulk Seed Store package has not arrived and is marked as delivered, a Missing Mail Search Request can be submitted to the Shipping Carrier by the recipient, or, we are happy to work with you directly on a resolution for either 1) a full and immediate product replacement, or 2) a store/site credit for the full amount of the order. No cash refunds can be granted for missing packages. More often than not, packages are either accidentally delivered to a neighboring address, or the item ends up delivered after a slight delay. In the meantime, it is recommended to check with neighbors and/or contact the carrier with your tracking number to see if they can provide any additional information regarding your package.
